A 40′ wide, 10′ tall bi-parting hidden track Slide that pockets fully into both walls for a stunning transformation of the main room into a boundless space. The living area and kitchen feature dark, modern finishes that open up to a panoramic balcony and endless views.
Corner-opening on an integrated hidden track, this primary bedroom wall reveals a shared balcony for access to the California breeze and lounge area. Above the glass, a wood-finished ceiling runs flush to the header for a seamless integration, and warm accent. Below, two separate flooring materials blend inside the track for a completely smooth transition from inside to outside.
A 15′ long, angled skylight floods the primary bathroom with natural light and extends the height of an already massive space. The buried frame allows for a completely flush and minimal look. LuxView precision hardware ensures a water-tight finish no matter the weather.
This massive Slide system mirrors the sliding glass doors on the main floor, but offers a completely different feel. Opening up to an infinity pool, the space is perfect for entertaining and connects the bar and soft seating to the patio. Using LuxView’s pocketing doors to further open the space, Architect Winn Wittman intentionally designed each side of the pool with cozy spots for conversation and connection.
