Port Royal

This refined coastal contemporary home is thoughtfully designed around the Naples inlet, with a calm, layered exterior of soft neutral tones, natural stone, and clean architectural lines. Expansive glass walls and oversized sliding doors open the living spaces to the water, framing sweeping inlet views and the warm Gulf light from nearly every vantage point. Slim, minimal frames keep sightlines uninterrupted, while corner and fixed glazing blur the boundary between interior and outdoor living.

Defining Moments

Living Room

The living room is defined by its expansive pocketing sliding-door system, which allows the glass panels to disappear into the walls. With the openings fully retracted, the room extends seamlessly toward the terrace and the water, transforming the inlet view into a living architectural feature.

Front Entry

The front entry is defined by its pivot door, flanked by fixed windows on each side that draw light into the home and frame a clear view through to the interior. Slim frames and clean lines make for a refined, understated arrival.
