24 Jan 2024 2023 Recap
As we ring in the new year, the team is celebrating another 365 days of bringing vision to life in the U.S. We’re grateful for inspiring projects and an expanding team of disruptors that make our work feel like a hobby. From design to install, we’re raising the bar. Let’s take a look at just a few of the moments and projects that defined the LuxView experience in 2023.
New Faces, New Places
Our offices in Nashville and Salt Lake City are growing rapidly, and our vast network of partners across the nation is thriving with a product unlike any other. In 2024, we are aiming to extend our reach while maintaining the intention and care that sets our delivery above anything else.
Making an Impact
LuxView is committed to creating views that perform, without exception. We are proud to announce that our product line includes a range of solutions certified with the State of Florida for use in High Velocity Hurricane Zones. This ensures superior performance under the harshest conditions, and grants the peace of mind you deserve. For details, check out our impact certification page.
Projects:
This Summer, we got the chance to tour some of our finished projects and speak with grateful clients about the LuxView experience. Seeing and hearing how our product fits into the homeowner lifestyle is our greatest reward and motivation for the future. Here are a couple of our favorites:
Sandeul Breeze Austin, TX
The first wave of finished construction in the Austin Hills provided a perfect platform to show off the LuxView experience. Sandeul Breeze is an exhibit of minimalism, nestled quietly into the hills with panoramic views. The backside of the home features a wall-to-wall sequence of sliding doors and windows that decorate the interior with sunlight and brilliantly compliment an infinity pool. Speaking with homeowner Sean Shin, we discussed his ultra-modern vision for the home and backyard, which required minimal sight lines and enhanced performance.
Eos Hill Nashville, TN
Embracing the essence of modern living, this spacious custom home just south of Nashville combines minimalism with function for an experiential aesthetic. With massive, operable glass windows and doors, Derrick Morgan’s vision manifest beckons gatherings that effortlessly flow from the open-floor interior to the inviting outdoor oasis.
Coming Soon
This Winter, LuxView’s alpine projects in the Rockies approach the finish line, offering unmatched views and demonstration of our best-in-class performance. To excel in high altitude climates, our windows and doors are AWS and impact certified, and backed by an in-house engineering team. Less is more, and we can’t wait to frame the beautiful mountain environment with a sharp, minimal aesthetic.
Wasatch Peaks Ranch Morgan, UT
Soon to install windows and doors, this mountain paradise looks over a forested valley as it transforms into high peaks. Taking advantage of our corner-to-corner systems and massive glass sizes, Wasatch Peaks Ranch leaves no view unseen.
Jecco Farms Alpine, UT
Jecco Farms features panoramic views of Alpine, UT, and our largest Tilt and Turn window to date. Multiple glass wall facades define an open interior with vaulted ceilings while gable windows mimic the surrounding peaks. A love letter to its environment, this home is one of our favorite alpine projects.
Looking Ahead
After a busy year and no slowing down in sight, we remain diligent in realizing visions without compromise. From coast to coast and beyond, we’re reaffirming our mission to provide a product and experience worth calling home. Here’s to another year of challenges, accomplishments, and pursuing perfection, one view at a time.
